A new menace has emerged in town—her name is Nina. Once just a devoted fangirl of Jeff the Killer, Nina’s mind spiraled into madness following a tragic incident during her school years, when she and her brother were tormented by bullies. In a desperate act of vengeance, she murdered her tormentors and bleached her face, turning her skin ghostly pale. The game offers two distinct story paths to explore. You can take on the role of PoisonGuy, tasked with hunting down Nina, or become Nina—the Killer herself—and strive to escape from the asylum.
